Hello fellow Doofers! In the unlikely event you need to consider a return on your doof-tastic purchase, the following details how we can help you.

We see several possible scenarios; the product that you have received is damaged/faulty, not consistent with what you ordered or you’ve picked the wrong size and finally you’ve simply decided being a sparkly disco ball isn’t for you. 

Let’s dive in!

 

Incorrect size or fit

Firstly, please double and triple check your items sizing chart! We have gone to extra special lengths to add exact sizing charts to nearly all items. In the event this still doesn’t let you comfortably fit your beloved doof item, we are happy to exchange it for a new one or offer you the equivalent store credit.

 

Change of mind

It happens, sometimes we’ve gotten a little excited about all the costume possibilities and when an item arrives, it’s not quite what we want. That’s ok! We want to completely take the risk out of your doof purchases, and while we are 99.9% confident you’re going to love what arrives in your hot little hands, should you change your mind we are happy to offer store credit. 

 

Damaged or faulty goods

We get it, we’ve all been there – your perfect unicorn onesie arrives just in time for Earth Freq and you just can’t wait to strut your stuff on the dancefloor and show everyone what a fine little unicorn you can be… but hold up a minute, PROBLEM STRIKES! The unicorn head piece is completely mangled and you look more like a sad donkey than a mystical creature from another land.

Should such a sad occasion occur, Doof Store is full committed to getting you back to being a happy little unicorn as fast as possible.

In the instance of a damaged or faulty item we are happy to offer you a replacement, store credit or a refund, no questions asked. 

A gentle reminder that items must be in an unused, non-doof-ified state. While we stand by our product quality, we can’t guarantee against drunken roly poly competitions!
